Psychosexual Stage:
These stages are-

Oral stage (0-2 years )

Anal stage(2-3 years)

phallic stage(3-7 years)

latent stage (7-11 years)

Genital stage( adulthood)

Key Features of Anal Stage:

Anal stage main focus of libido (part of the body where a child receives the biggest pleasure) is ANUS.

The child must learn how to control the bodily needs, the ability to control body. This stage is where a child develops a sense of accomplishment and independence.

The child when went through this stage successfully, they grow up into a competent adult,

A person with the good self-esteem, who can control himself and his life .

Person who had a fixation (when parents were too controlling and didn’t reward a child for learning how to use a putty on this stage Develop ANAL TYPE of Personality .

A child who had problems with constipation or diarrhea might develop 2 types of personality.

Obsessive controlling behavior (fixation on holding faces):
A person who wants everything to be on its place , a person with the OCD personality disorder, a person who has a spotless house , spotless office , women who is superb organized etc. A Good girl syndrome is developed on this stage, desire to be perfect , to be good , intellectualization and rationalization and blocking of creativity. A messy person ,who cant be in charge , who hate to be in charge , a person who cannot save money, shopaholic , people who always debts or who can barely survive between salaries. A person who struggles with the planning in advance ( family vacation, holidays, parties). A person who cannot keep his/her words. A person with a messy closet, who has a complete mess in his car, a women whose purse is a mess. Fixation brings aggression to the child , the concept of must to/should to etc. Releasing the child’s inner aggression is a safer way , to learn to overcome such fixated concepts by allowing anything the child wants to do, accept the body and love oneself letting the child acceptance in unconditional ways. Also one has to exercise taking responsibility, boss of one’s life and create / shape/decide one’s own life pattern.

Anal Aggression: Anal aggression can be formed when a toddler has to much tensions / stress during potty training. When he’ cannot control the release of one’s faces or an opposite when he cant’s hold his faces.

Masochism( the mechanism of enduring a pain )

Sadism (uncontrolled desired to cause pain to others person or an animal)

A person can develop 2 types of fixation:

Squandering and

Extreme savings.

The person often feels angry with himself for that .Behind this lies the aggression on parents .Such a child will grow up into a person who will always look for a permission /advise , a person who cant make his own decision . In reality , this person is looking for parental permission , support that he did not receive in his childhood. This will create problem in adult life. Ways to Heal such Inner aggression:

Searching out the opportunities to see and understand one’s fear, to connect with the inner monster in order to feed it and calm it down.

Meditation , the biggest source of inner understanding and connecting with oneself, internal source of strength and abundance.
